The Work, The Path, The Person Holding It
This is where my lived experience, training and philosophy come together to shape how I hold space for healing, growth and real-life transformation.
Who I Hold This Work For
This work is for people moving through real-life healing, change, and becoming. Over the years, I’ve found myself working most often with individuals who recognize something in the reflections below, even if they can’t always put it into words.
You might find yourself here if…
• You’re holding more than most people realize, even if you appear strong on the outside
• You’re moving through grief, loss, divorce, identity shifts, or major life transitions
• You’ve done inner work before, but something still feels stuck, stored, or unfinished
• You want healing that includes the body, not just the mind
• You feel disconnected from your body, your truth, or your sense of direction
• You’re navigating chronic illness, health challenges, or recovery from physical or emotional overwhelm
• You’ve learned how to push through, but your body is now asking for something different
• You’re curious about breathwork, embodied healing, or intuitive guidance, even if it feels unfamiliar
• You want support that is grounded, safe, and deeply human
• You are sensitive, perceptive, or emotionally aware, and need support that honors that
• You feel the quiet knowing that something inside you is ready to be tended to, even if you don’t know what that looks like yet
The work that brought me here…
There wasn’t one moment that led me to this work. It was something that unfolded over time, through life, through challenge, and through learning how to listen to myself in a very different way.
There was a time in my life when I moved through the world in a very push-through, high-performing way. I knew how to keep going, keep achieving, and keep showing up, even when my body was asking for something different.
Then my life shifted.
After being diagnosed with Lyme disease and multiple co-infections, I was forced into a different relationship with my body, my energy, and my understanding of healing. There were years of navigating illness, uncertainty, and learning how to listen to my body in ways I never had before.
It was through that experience that I began shifting toward a more holistic, whole-person approach to healing. By the time I stepped into the holistic health coaching space professionally, I had already begun that transition — learning to slow down, listen differently, and support the body rather than override it.
During that time, I began exploring body-based healing, breathwork, nervous system support, and integrative approaches to healing, not as professional tools at first, but as survival and support.
Over time, these practices didn’t just help me heal, they changed how I lived.
What started as personal exploration slowly became professional training, and eventually became the work I now hold for others.
For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals and groups through breathwork, embodied coaching, intuitive guidance, and integrative, whole-person healing approaches. I bring both training and lived experience into the space, along with a deep respect for the body’s timing, intelligence, and capacity to heal when it feels safe enough to do so.
I do this work because I believe healing doesn’t need to be forceful to be powerful. I believe in creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and meet themselves honestly, without pressure to perform healing in a certain way.
I stay in this work because I’ve seen what happens when people are given permission to listen to their body, process what has been held for years, and reconnect to who they are underneath survival, stress, and expectation. That kind of change doesn’t just shift a moment, it changes how people live, relate, and move through the world.
